Six Pack Exercises At Home For Anytime & Any Where

Doing your six pack exercises at home is by far the quickest and easiest path to washboard abs. Fortunately your abs are one of those muscles that don’t need weights to get developed. Your body weight and a nice place to lay down is all you need to perform these exercises. So let’s get started!

Reverse Curl: Lie flat on the ground have your hands either straight down your side or above your head. Bend your legs at the knees at a 90 degree angle so that your knees are over your hips. Now bring your knees to your chest by using your stomach muscles. Hold and return to the starting position. Repeat.

Rollback: Sit on the floor with your knees bend and your feet flat on the ground. Keeping your torso upright, extend your arms out parallel to the floor. While holding your chin to your chest, roll backwards, rounding your spine. Stop when you reach two thirds of the way to the floor. Pause and rollback to the starting position. Repeat.

Crunch: Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Place your hands behind your head. Using your abs, lift your head and upper torso. Keep your lower back on the floor. Once your shoulder blades are a couple of inches off the floor, pause and slowly return to the starting position. Repeat.

A regular routine is vital when doing these six pack exercises at home. In each ab workout you should do about 2-3 exercises. This should only take about 10 minutes. Also remember that getting abs isn’t as simple as doing effective exercises. Yes you’ll develop your stomach muscles but unless your body fat is low enough for them to actually show, you’re not going to have a six pack.

Therefore I highly recommend you do these six pack exercises at home in combination with a cardio and healthy eating schedule. Don’t groan at this concept because that really is the only path to a healthy six pack. Why don’t most people have six packs and why does it look so good? Because it takes a lot of work. So don’t be lazy, and don’t be like everyone else. Put in the work, and more importantly, enjoy it! Having a sexy six pack requires a healthy lifestyle, but that doesn’t meant a boring lifestyle, trust me!

Aside from the obvious results of having a six pack that everyone will desire and envy, you’ll feel great every single day.
