You should always be inside a spacious spot so that you won’t bump something over. Put your hands around 60cm (2 ft .) from a doorway, wall and so on. Be in a press-up stance with your hands facing forwards. Kick your feet as hard as you can off the floor and let them keep going until they touch the wall or doorway.
